Elements Europe is working alongside Manhattan Loft Corporation and Galliford Try to
provide 189 bathroom pods for the Five Star Renaissance Marriott Hotel at St Pancras.
Using the Solopod product Elements were able to work with the client to deliver high quality,
high volume stand-alone bathroom and shower facilities to 5 star standard.
The scheme involves the regeneration of the magnifcent, but long disused, St Pancras Hotel
into a 245 bedroom hotel and 67 apartments directly above the high-speed Eurostar rail link.
In association with LCR it is MLC’s biggest challenge to date.
