This adjustable Floor Joist Machine produces multiple Floor Joists of widths: 200, 250, 300, 350, 400

Fully fabricated frame.
Adjustable Infeed guiding unit.
Straightening Unit and Pinch Rollers Mounted in the Infeed Sheeting Line.
4140 Nitrided Rollers mounted in Hardened Aluminium Bearing Blocks with sealed Bearings.
Adjustable rollers allow the joist width to be changed.
Adjustable lip roller to square the profile.
Punching unit with moveable tools to allow different size holes in various positions.
Hydraulically operated Shear. Powered by an internally mounted hydraulic powerpack.
Externally mounted control cabinet, which houses the Variable speed drive and the machine controls.
The control system allows for joists of different lengths and hole positions to be produced in continuous runs.
Pendant controller for manual control of Forward, Reverse and Shear.
Powdercoated covers with sliding perspex windows.
Electrical safety switches to prevent the machine being run with the guards open.
