The Howick Metal Roofing Machine is available in two main configurations - the space-saving Double Deck Rollformer which produces 2 different roofing profiles in the same frame, and the standard Roofing Rollformer which can produce any roofing or siding profile. Both configurations of Roof Forming Machine feature a fully fabricated and powdercoated frame, adjustable infeed guiding unit and hard chromed rollers mounted in hardened aluminium bearing blocks. |

This machine produces 2 different profiles from 2 separate sets of rollers mounted above and below in the same frame. It has 2 infeeds and 2 cut-offs to match the different profiles. This allows 2 products to be made in the space required for one machine. (Only one product can be run at a time).
