The Howick Frame Machine is like no other stud rollformer and doesn't produce plain metal studs but fully processed steel studs, top and bottom plates and all other wall components.
Once the frame has been designed the CAD output file is sent to the rollformer to make each frame component with every screw hole, wiring hole and through notch exactly as set by the CAD data.
Assembly time is minimal and jigging of frames is unneccessary as the framing is produced so accurately.
