Westkey Modular Housing is a family owned and operated company in West Australia building complete houses, kit homes and mining camps. Projects vary from 2 storey semi- commercial downstairs/apartments upstairs to single level family houses.
They build both offsite or onsite depending on the project requirements and as they specialise in Kit homes they can be absolutely confident the designs are right and the frames will go together with ease. Howick’s H300 machines are used to maintain the accuracy from design (Quikseries) through to the manufacture of these wall panels. Frames are then supplied throughout Western Australia so over 60% of their product is engineered for cyclonic region.
Westkey has been in business for 30 years and switched to steel framing 4 years ago after recognising the advantages. They currently use two Howick H300 machines and will be adding to them as the business grows.
