Howick Truss Innovations

Howick has developed a truss tool with the following innovations to make Howick lightweight steel trusses easier to assemble and design than conventional LWS trusses;

Description: Notches mitres on the Flanges on both sides.
Use: For creating angular external intersections such as struts and ties in trusses

Description: Notches out the Flange on either or both sides.
Use: For creating flat in-line intersections such as on “in-plane” trusses.

Benefits of Howick Rollforming Machines

The machine is computer controlled so it produces all the frame components with absolute precision and fully processes all the framing components ready for assembly.
