Howick and StrucSoft Solutions have teamed up in a Gold Sponsorship of the 2019 Autodesk University conference in London - which makes perfect sense, considering both companies alignment with the AU tagline, ‘The Future of Making’.

Both Howick and StrucSoft Solutions are excited to demonstrate how their technologies are leading the way in offsite construction around the world. Beginning at the design stage with MWF – StrucSoft’s flagship solution - which allows users to model their framing systems within Revit® and then export wall, floor and truss framing data directly into a format which is readable by Howick CNC roll formers. This in turn accurately forms and cuts steel components to be self-locating and jigging. Knock-outs, hole cuts, dimples and more operations are supported - giving users a complete automated solution.

The not-to-be-missed live installation at the North Vault Courtyard gives viewers the ability to see for themselves how effective, fast, and efficient the technologies are. The live demonstration is a replication of a room module in an actual hotel renovation using a Howick machine to roll-form components cut to measurements specified by StrucSoft MWF data.
